So many people I have talked to regret only hiring a wedding photographer to save on expense. I can't find an argument that a wedding video isn't worth it. It is the only way you will be able to enjoy watching what happened at your wedding. If a picture is worth a thousand words, how much is a video worth?
To help us capture exactly what you want, we recommend thinking about key moments you'll want covered. Ex… Getting ready, the “men's and/or women's morning", the ceremony, the guests, etc… The more information the better.
We will also work in parallel to your wedding planner. This is so important, and honestly, most videographers don't do this enough.
Consider having us cover your rehearsal dinner. This can lead to an emotional and intimate video complementing the main wedding day coverage. The two blend together nicely!
It is essential to communicate with your videographer on what type of approach you want them to take. This would be something like documentary style or cinematic style. Film-making is an art and the approach will dictate the feel of the coverage. Personally, I like a cinematic approach, but it is completely up to you.
